I have added two new paintings, one of my friend's dog Chris that she asked me to do for her mother and one of Hardwick Hall in Chesterfield.

Julie from True Colours Art Gallery in Mapperley has kindly accepted 3 of my paintings to exhibit on a permanent basis.  She has asked me if I would like to paint in the gallery for a short period of time, which I have gratefully accepted, I will be there from  Weds 30 Nov until Fri 2nd Nov 2011.

Went down to see friend in London who is putting on an exhibition at The Strand Gallery.  It's in aid of breast cancer and is mainly a photographic exhibition featuring iconic female singers from the past.  Photographers from all over the world have been asked to donate photos.  She has asked me to paint a portrait of Kate Bush so busy now planning ideas for this project.
